Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating staff, ensuring optimal care delivery. Your duties include administering medications safely, updating care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care. You will collaborate with the care home manager and work both independently and as part of a team to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
Job Requirements :
You must demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Self-motivated and well-organised
- Effectively working on your own or as part of a team
- Work well under pressure
- Flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the care home
- Able to build positive and professional relationships with the residents
Licence / Certifications:
- Valid NMC registration and a valid PIN (Required)
- 1-year previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care home (Required)
- Enhanced DBS certificate (Required)
