Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver outstanding care and support to residents. You’ll mentor and guide less experienced staff in providing high-quality care that aligns with our standards and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proving, overseeing, supervising and monitoring daily routines to ensure consistent high standards of residential care is achieved.
  • Support senior staff, where appropriate, to carry out their clinical responsibilities for residents and assist with administration of medication in accordance with medication procedures.
  • Take responsibility for upholding and improving your knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure care plans for new residents are established and maintained.
